Our terms and conditions comply with current legislation, and are designed to ensure that all our customers can shop easily and with confidence at Metalflex Ltd.

 

All prices are in £ sterling, exclusive of VAT and delivery charges, all delivery charges are shown on the delivery page of the website. Vat is added when the final calculation is made.

Your order will be processed on your Nett 30 account for which we accept payment via: Cheque, Bacs or all major credit/debit cards. Credit/debit cards are subject to a 5% surcharge.

Prices, offers and products are all subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order.

 

When you place your order we will treat it as an offer to buy. When we accept your order we will send a conformation/acceptance page including your order number via email, at which point we make a legal contract with you.

However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will email you as soon as we can to let you know.

In deciding whether to accept your order we may use the information you have given us, or information that we already hold about your account.

 

If you wish to cancel an order you have placed with us you need to notify us immediately, due to all our products being made to customer requirements any delays in cancelling could incur a charge.

If there is a fault or defect with any product you may return the item to us for a replacement/refund providing the fault/defect is due to the manufacturing. This does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or incorrect installation.

The returned product will be inspected and tested to determine the nature and cause of the fault/defect.

Where products are returned due to genuine fault/defect a credit will be raised inclusive of the delivery charge.

 

Sales on this website are governed by English Law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.  All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.

These terms and conditions only cover websites owned and operated by Metalflex Ltd.  Any links within this site to other web sites are not covered by this policy and we accept no responsibility or liability for the content of websites that are not under our control.

These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.

You also have the option to collect your goods from our premises, if you choose this option we will ring you when your goods are complete and ready for collection.
